This is a pencil.
They are my books.
Tom and Mike are at school.
Is this a pencil?
Are they your books?
Are Tom and Mike at school?
What is this?
Where are your books?
Where are Tom and Mike?
Svi znamo da postavimo ovo pitanje: Do you like…?
Do you like ice cream?
Do you like ice cream?, reći ćemo i;
What do you like, a ne What you like.
Uporedi:
What kind of ice cream do you like? (radnja – koji ukus voliš)
Why do you usually do in the morning? (radnja – šta radiš)
What is your favourite ice cream flavour? (opis)
What is your morning routine? (opis)
Da ponovimo: uvek posle upitne reči pišemo pomoćni glagol. Pročitaj par pitanja:
What time do you usually have lunch?
What time does your mother go to work?
When does Maria wake up in the morning?
Why does your brother cry so much?
How often do your parents watch TV?
How long does it take you to get to school?
How do they get to school, by bus or on foot?
What do you do after school?
How much money do we have?
What does she think about Luke?
